We want the whole world talking about the menopause. This is a discussion group, we don’t have a set agenda, we will discuss topics that emerge and are shaped by our participants. The menopause impacts everyone and all are welcome at our Café this includes all ages and genders. Our cafe is open to everyone. Everyone’s menopause is a unique, so our cafe is a supportive space to help people to learn, to make sense of their own journey or to consider options. We never promote a particular product or course of action. It is not for profit. Our cafe is not about selling things, it is about our participants supporting each other. We don’t charge people to come and have a chat.
